May 2008 "Not Just a New Toy" We have added a new technology to determine your best vision correction. If you are tired of "which is better, one or two?", you will love this new process. The Topcon Refraction System starts in the pre-testing area with our technician. The comfortable and fast equipment will determine your new prescription, analyze your previous glasses, photograph your eye, and check your side vision prior to your visit with the doctor. This information is electronically transferred to the examination room and to your electronic chart. While you will still have to make some choices, we believe you will find the new refraction to be a breath of fresh air. The final testing and recommendations will take place between you and your doctor in the privacy of the examination room.
April 12, 2007 Seal Beach Eyes is now offering "Total Vision Care" services for our patients with Glaucoma and Retinal problems. This instument offers a painless scanning and computer analysis of the eyes sensitive inner layers. Subtle changes in these eye structures are important in preventing Glaucoma and other eye diseases and preserving your vision.
